Wyatt Institute has offered live classroom instruction for decades in the upstate of South Carolina. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the South Carolina Real Estate Commission had temporarily approved online video instruction through our school. Wyatt Institute was glad to offer the Unit 1 Real Estate Fundamentals, Unit 2 Advanced Real Estate Principles, and Unit 3B Broker’s Exam classes through the medium of internet as online video courses.

All current video students completed course work and onsite testing as of December 16, 2021. The Real Estate Commission required all final video coursework to be submitted before 12/31/2021. No exceptions were made.
