Charles D. Wyatt Jr · BA, GRI, CRB

Charles Wyatt has been a licensed real estate agent since 1965. His diverse experience includes mortgage banking, residential and commercial sales, leasing, construction, fee appraising, exchanging, and consulting. Wyatt has taught real estate courses in South Carolina for more than 30 years. He founded Wyatt Institute of Real Estate in 1972 and is the author of the comprehensive textbook AWARE in South Carolina. Wyatt graduated from Wofford College, majoring in Economics and Psychology.

Patricia L. "Patti" Womack · BS, RPA

With more than twenty years in property management, Patti’s experience includes both commercial and residential property management.  She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis where she studied Real Estate, Business Law, and Accounting.  Patti has managed properties in Alabama, North and South Carolina; she currently manages property for NAI Earle Furman, LLC in Greenville.

Carol J. Robbins · BA, MA

Carol joined our teaching staff in 2005.  She has a background in financing and is experienced in both mortgage loan origination and underwriting.  She is licensed with Wyatt Company as a broker and often tutors students who need additional instruction. She edited the seventh edition of the textbook AWARE in South Carolina. Carol has a bachelor's and master's degree in communication from Bob Jones University and brings a dramatic flair to the classroom.  Students enjoy participating in skits which help to dramatize the concepts she teaches.

Robbie Romeiser, Jr. · BA, RCA

Robbie has been licensed since 2004.  He has a BA from Oglethorpe University in political studies.  He maintains membership in the Association of REALTORS, the REALTOR Commercial Alliance and the SC Chapter of CCIM.  Robbie has experience in the commercial sector in Spartanburg.  He joined our teaching staff in 2008.

Lauren K. Briles, BA, GRI, ASR

 Lauren has a SC real estate broker license and has served on the board of the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS®.  She obtained a BA degree from Furman University in communication.  Lauren began her real estate career in 2004 and opened her own brokerage company in 2007.  We are glad to add Lauren to our teaching staff beginning in 2011.
