Directions for
submitting application Online:
- Click the application above for desired class.
- First, preview the
application and be sure to read each item on the Terms and Policies before completing.
It is requested that you print a final copy of the application and 'terms and
policies' for your records.
- Fill out the form
online and then use the SUBMIT button.
{Be sure to SINGLE click
the button ONLY as
double-clicking will cause the information to be submitted twice! Also, wait at least
45 seconds for the Confirmation
Page to display.} Several fields are required and are
noted with an * . For example, payment by credit
card is required when submitting online unless other arrangements have been
made. (Contact our office to make arrangements.) Please be sure to fill out each of the required fields. If you have any
questions as to the information being gathered and its use, please do not
hesitate to call.
- The cost for each course is listed on the application under
Payment Choices. Either a deposit
or
full payment of course is required to register you for the course. You also
have the option to have your book sent to you prior to class for most
classes; if you decide
to do this, you will need to add $6 for shipping.
- You must agree to both 'terms and policies' on the application in order to
submit. This will serve as confirmation that you understand and will serve as
confirmation from the internet until we get a Signature at the first
day of class.
- Submission of an
application *does not guarantee* a place in this class. Please allow up
to 2 business days to complete this request. Confirmation will be sent
by e-mail, post card or letter to confirm
processing of credit card and seat reserved in class. If for some
reason, the class becomes full, someone from the office will contact you to make
arrangements for a different class, to be put on a waiting list or to cancel class request.
Be aware the forms submitted after noon on the Friday before the
scheduled class may not be processed until after the weekend.
- To Request Application / Brochure to be sent to
you instead of completing the enrollment form online or printing and
mailing/faxing, please complete
form and submit request by email. We will send you an application
and brochure through the mail. Be aware enrolling online will expedite
your request.

Directions for Printing applications:
- Click the application at top of page for desired class.
- First, preview the
application and be sure to read each item on the Terms and Policies before completing.
It is requested that you print a final copy of the application and 'terms and
policies' for your records. Check your Print Options if application prints the
navigation bar along with application, it should say print 'Only the Selected
Frame'.
- Fill out the form
online and then use your browser
to Print. If printed, send the application and any payments to the address or fax
listed on the application.
- The cost for each course is listed on the application under
Payment Choices. Either a deposit
or
full payment of course is required to register you for the course. You also
have the option to have your book sent to you prior to class for some
classes; if you decide
to do this, you will need to add $6 for shipping.
- Be sure to Sign and Initial the form before you send it in
by mail or fax.
- If you have any questions regarding the application, please give us a call.
- Confirmation will be sent
by either post card, email, or phone call to confirm
processing of payment and seat reserved in class.
- To Request Application/Brochure to be sent to you instead of printing and
mailing/faxing application, please complete
form and submit request by email. We will send you an application
