  • EACH six-hour MCE course price includes all course material. Full Amount for each scheduled course(s) must accompany application to guarantee a seat in class.

  • Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard only) is required for all ONLINE submissions.

 These terms and school policies are considered to be a part of the MCE Enrollment Agreement.

 

  1. SC Real Estate Commission has approved these mandatory MCE courses.

  2. Cell phones and pagers must be turned off during class.

  3. Tape-recording any of our courses is NOT permitted.  Use of computers in the classroom is not allowed in this course.

  4. No unrelated reading materials, computer games, etc. are allowed during class.

  5. This class is open, without discrimination, to any SC real estate licensee.

  6. Returned checks—There will be a $35 charge if your check is returned from the bank for any reason.

  7. If you must leave class early after starting a class, you will not receive a refund.  You may transfer to another class being held within the next two months by immediately notifying Wyatt Institute in writing.

  8. If you are more than fifteen (15) minutes late, there is no reason to attend.  We are not allowed to give partial credit.  If you see you are going to be late, give us a call.  You may transfer to the next regularly scheduled class.

  9. Refunds—If you can’t attend a course for which you have registered but do give TIMELY NOTICE by telephone or fax notice before the class starts, or if the course is canceled for any reason, you may transfer to another course or get a refund of your tuition.  If you do not let us know you are not coming, neither a transfer nor refund is available.
